a good stay
warm smiles good surprise delicious food
i had such a lovely time here the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel very welcome i was quickly accommodated the suite was roomy and so clean when i returned one evening i found a good surprise of drinks and chocolate laid out for me room service provided delicious food making it a really nice experience
i noticed the room temperature was a bit cooler than i prefer the heating could be more effective it would make the space feel even more comfortable especially during colder days

i stayed in a beautiful double room. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the breakfast was great (especially the pastries!).

The room was clean and well kept. This was acceptable.
The breakfast service was very slow. I asked multiple times for someone to take our order. the restaurant staff seemed distant, even as other tables also complained. the full english breakfasts arrived cold. I do not expect this.

i appreciated the helpful staff they assisted with every request. the building is historical the architecture is excellent. the location is convenient i easily accessed various city attractions.
